We are Japanese manufacturer specializing in fermented foods such as vinegar, soy sauce, miso, dashi, koso (enzyme) and green juice (seasonings and health foods). Please try our high-quality fermented foods which are manufactured using both traditional methods and the latest fermentation technology in ISO 22000 and GMP certified facilities.Our seasonings have won the Gourmet Award on Japan's largest shopping site, "Rakuten," for seven consecutive years. Our health foods have also obtained 'aging inhibitor' patent.Our vinegars factory located at Chita Peninsula, where has long been called the "brewing peninsula" and is a region where brewing has flourished. Our most popular product is "Oishi Vinegar", of which 4 million bottles are sold annually in Japan. We manufacture our products using traditional methods, and our skilled craftsmen take their time to ferment and ripen the products. Combining tradition, cutting-edge technology, and the power of people, we deliver tasty, safe, and reliable products.Our main product 'Koso ' is produced in the cold region of Mumaya, Takayama City, Gifu Prefecture, where the temperature exceeds minus 20 degrees Celsius in winter in order to have the cold brewing. Koso of Nihon Shizen Hakko is manufactured using our original fermentation method, "multi-stage polymerization fermentation method", using more than 70 types of botanical ingredients (fruits, grains, beans, seaweeds, mushrooms, etc.). For more information, please refer to the following URL or documents.Our Koso was originally sold exclusively through our group companies (mail order and own shops) in Japan, but a few years ago we started exporting our products overseas and are now looking to expand our sales channels in earnest.The annual sales of our group company of KOSO (enzyme) in Japan is about USD60,000,000 in Japan, including mail order and directly managed shops (group companies). So, it can be said that our koso is No.1 Koso in Japan in terms of factory facilities and sales amount.In Japan, we are currently conducting joint research with national Kyoto University and Gifu University. In addition, it has been patented as an "aging inhibitor" in Japan, EU and US.Patented as an 'Immune checkpoint inhibitor' and 'Prophylactic agent for spontaneous cancers' in Japan. Our factory is ISO 22000, GMP certified.
